    Default pyrit and geforce benchmarks

would just like to know what geforce graphics card (and maybe processor) people are using and how many keys per second they are reaching with pyrit and cuda for the hashes.

    i only have a 8400gt and dual-core pentium D 3ghz and reaching speeds of upto 700p/s

i have my eye on a shiny new GTX 260. If only i could afford 2 as my mobo has SLI capability. That WOULD be interesting.

    benchmarks from the pyrit site
    hXXp://code.google.com/p/pyrit/

    Q9450@3.4 + 295
    Computed 24083.41 PMKs/s total.
    #1: 'CUDA-Device #1 'GeForce GTX 295'': 11807.8 PMKs/s (Occ. 93.9%; RTT 2.9)
    #2: 'CUDA-Device #2 'GeForce GTX 295'': 11692.0 PMKs/s (Occ. 98.8%; RTT 2.8)
    #3: 'CPU-Core (SSE2)': 752.1 PMKs/s (Occ. 97.2%; RTT 3.0)
    #4: 'CPU-Core (SSE2)': 713.5 PMKs/s (Occ. 100.0%; RTT 3.0)

    295 overclocked from 575mzh to 720mzh
    #1: 'CUDA-Device #1 'GeForce GTX 295'': 14413.0 PMKs/s (Occ. 93.4%; RTT 2.8)
    #2: 'CUDA-Device #2 'GeForce GTX 295'': 11816.8 PMKs/s (Occ. 96.8%; RTT 2.8)
    #3: 'CPU-Core (SSE2)': 712.8 PMKs/s (Occ. 97.1%; RTT 3.0)
    #4: 'CPU-Core (SSE2)': 741.5 PMKs/s (Occ. 100.0%; RTT 3.0)

it looks like only the first core gets the overclock. Im using the nvidia-settings to overclock. Hopefully they will fix that in a new driver version.

I would wait ATI has a new card out there nvidia is expected in march-april and ati new 6000 series is expected late to early next year last I herd.

    so if I get
259 PMKs per second on my Acer Aspire One
I think and I'm sure that's pretty slow
