New International Security Measures

Check In Early For Travel From Canada To The U.S.
All passengers should plan to arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours in advance of their flight departure to allow extra time for check-in and the boarding process. As always, be sure to check your flight status information before you head to the airport.

Carry-On Baggage Policy To The U.S.
From Canada To The U.S.
U.S. bound passengers are permitted zero carry-on bags effective immediately and lasting for several days. Items that are excluded from this restriction include:

small purses (not exceeding 12 x 10 x 5.5 in. or 30 x 25 x 14 cm)
cameras
coats
items for care of infants
laptop computers
crutches
canes
walkers
medications and medical devices
musical instruments

Effective December 30, 2009, through January 8, 2010, customers will be limited to one carry-on bag. Medical assistance devices will be allowed in addition to the single carry-on item.

With these new useless (stupid) rules, I'm debating whether to attend cansecwest or not. Not sure if I want to go through the hassle. Hopefully the stupidity will calm down before then.
