Delay ONLY on VmWare BT4

Hi, I have a usb dongle RTL8187 and it works just fine on BT3 pendrive, but when I try to use it on any version of BT on VMWare, using the card get`s VERY SLOWLY i.e. when I type "airmon-ng start wlan0" it takes more than 3 minutes to work....

What i`m doing wrong?

I have Alfa networks AWUS036H 1000mv It also have the RTL8178 chip inside. It works really well whit VMware and BT4 beta.

The delay mainly occurs with the loading of the firmware, so it would be a driver issue. Since bt4 pre-final the speed has been improving but only marginally.
