script to generate a password list

Hi there,

I am trying to find a way to create a txt file that would contain a specific alphanumerical string e.x 0000001122A2B2 followed by a dash (-) and a 4 digit number from 0001 to 9999 e.x 0000001122A2B2-1112.

Any help would be appreciated!

P.S I use windows and ubuntu with very little knowledge of C++.

However despite your complete disregard for forum etiquette I will show you the solution. This can be done easily with crunch in backtrack. No programing knowledge needed.

root@bt:/pentest/passwords/crunch# ./crunch 15 19 1234567890 -t "0000001122A2B2-@@@@" -o alpha.txt
