Is there a complete tutorial on how to crack WPA/WPA2?

I've already cracked a WEP key numerous amount of times and now I think it's time to expand my knowledge and move to bigger and better things. However, there aren't any complete tutorials that show how to crack a WPA/WPA2 (at least when I've searched I couldn't find any) from beginning to end. I'm still using BT3 and don't know if this is okay or not since BT4 came out (I'm using it on USB btw). So are there any complete tutorials for beginners on WPA/WPA2 cracking like me?

Also, I read on this site that I would need two wireless cards is this true?
