First there is a support forum for de-ice, so I would suggest posting de-ice problems there instead.

Second there are guides and videos here for using BT against the de-ice cd's, again use some search 'fu.
Third and this is your hint. You are not supposed to know the log-in information. That would make it sort of moot to use it as a pentest target.

That's the point. It's a PenTest. You're SUPPOSED to break in.

There are plenty of us over on the De-ICE/Heorot Forums if you need help getting started. As archangel.amael said, ask for help there.
