    Default VirtualBox BT4pre final

Running Vista home 32bit w/ latest Virtual box. BT4pf works okay except I can't seem to get my Alfa AWUS036H 1000mW usb adaptor up and running.

I can surf the web on BT4 using eth0 using ethernet NAT connection?

In VirtualBox I can change the USB to the RTL8187 and is shows up on BT4 iwconfig, but I loose connection on Vista?

Yes because the ALFA card can only be associated to one OS at a time.

Ethernet on Vista and Alfa on BT

Are you using the OSE or the VirtualBox nonfree version.

the nonfree version is the one with (Host access) remote desktop support and USB host controller support.

    VirtualBox nonfree version.

It works but I loose connection on Host Vista home.

Maybe I am not setting up the usb correct?

Tried different combos but, still nothing.
