Capitalisation is important. It's the difference between "Helping your brother Jack off a horse" and "Helping your brother jack off a horse".
The Forum Rules, Forum FAQ and the BackTrack Wiki... learn them, love them, live them.
wg111v2 has very poor range. airodump-ng is part of aircrack-ng suite and is only a passive scanner. It will not actively scan for networks but will only listen and display any packets intercepted as either an AP/Ad-Hoc or clients (extra switch can be enabled for shocking acks).
There's your problem. If you want to actively scan, use something like iwlist.
Well I just try to follow some tutorials and people type it in and it works but mine shows
screwed up
I am trying to crack my wep but I can't find it and I can find an unsecured one
Can anyone point me to a good tutorial
