    Default Audio con scheda Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family)

    Ho un problema con la mia scheda audio:

    root@bt:~# lspci -nn | grep Audio
    00:1b.0 Audio device [0403]: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio Controller [8086:293e] (rev 03)
    Infatti se uso Backtrack4 con Virtualbox l'audio funziona, mentre se la uso da LiveCD o se la installo sull'HD non funziona. Qualcuno sa come posso far funzionare sempre l'audio?

    Una volta installato backtrack4 su hard disk sei entrato come root o come utente ?

    Allora visto che la tua scheda audio Ŕ riconosciuta prova vedere se per caso il volume Ŕ settato a zero con
    alsamixer
    altrimenti prova a vedere se durante il riavvio del demone alsa ci sono dei problemi
    alsa reload
    posta l'output del comando
    aplay -l

    Prova ad editare il file /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base aggiungendo in fondo queste tre righe
    options snd slots=snd-hda-intel
    alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
    options snd-hda-intel model=auto
    e poi riavvia.
