Yes - after your moderated staus is removed. This happens three days after joining.

I believe that during the moderation period new members are not allowed to have avatars.
The way I read the OP's post was that he was getting an error message while trying to upload an image.

yeah, exactly is when i wanna put an avatar, sorry i forget that i can't put an avatar im sorry for my ignorance in this new forum, it just in the forums of mexico they allowed to have avatar since the begining, but this is a new forum and there are new expericiences, thanks for your help
