    Default power management error

    hello frends i'm new to backtrack 3 ..i downloaded backtrack 3 ..writed in slow speed ..booted with bt3 cd ...after some procedure begins then i got this error

    out of frequency
    hf :74.6khz
    vf :60.ohz

    operating frequency
    hf : 30-71khz
    vf : 50-160hz

    power management (seconds)

    not able to proceed further...please help me let me learn some new operating system...thank u...

    Might want to upgrade to BT4p-f since it is better, more secure etc.
    As for your problem it looks like you need to configure the x-server.
    But I would recommend to upgrade.
    To be successful here you should read all of the following.

    Failure to do so will probably get your threads deleted or worse.

    yea but i also tried booting bt3 with another system pentium 4 wit d915gavl mother board ...i got into bt3 desktop...so how come is possible there.....thank u....
