    guys need help system loads in grub mode only any way to fix this issue

    While I appreciate your attempt at making your post concise for ease of reading, you may want to provide enough details so people actually know what the problem is.

    Hi all,

    When i boot from cd, it boots straight to grub and no idea what to do next.

    "Startx" is no option, command not recongnized...

    When i type "boot" it says error 8, that the kernel must be boot first, then again when i type "kernel help" i get alot of options. "kernel --type=linux" get's me nowhere either as it give's me another error wich i can't recall for the moment but i was something about specifien exact path or filename, something like that.

    Since im pretty new to the linux i have no clue what to do ...

    Anyone who can chime in?

    kind of late but its a bad burn. I had this problem. I even burnt at 8x. I switched to even lower 4x and it worked perfectly
