You did mean reasons not to upgrade right? The ubuntu dev's don't have a massive focus on security, they upgrade as things come to rise, but they don't necessarily lend themselves to keeping people like us bleeding edge.
The last thing I need is to have my BT4 box counter-hacked by a snarky admin who doesn't realise I'm meant to be there, so consider this a vote for keeping the system as is for as long as possible.
Still not underestimating the power...
