A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
Many of those services use best guesses based on the self reported router and server location. My ISP has a main router 200 miles from my office and in another state, and such services usually show my location as there, as the router's location is listed in that city by the ISP.
Don't forget too, that someone who has an interest in making sure they aren't located may use TOR or some other anonymizer. Playing with TOR I've seen my "location" show up on the other side of the US, and multiple places in both South America and Europe.

Well, if you have complete control over the device at the ip you want to know its location AND it has a wireless connection (ie. laptop), Loki - Precise Location for Websites its pretty close, depending on the wireless coverage, we used it once to track a stolen laptop from a friends car. he had gotomypc or one of those clones still active and we were able to get information about the theif and some general location stuff to tie in with the other evidence to turn over to the authorities.
Mathematical reasoning may be regarded rather schematically as the exercise of a combination of two facilities, which we may call intuition and ingenuity.

would it be possible to use a library somewhere that detects the model of the device by the mac address in one click?
i know there are separate programs that do this, but i would like metasploit to give me the mac - (device name) or something similar
