Getting kismet to work..

i have netgear wg111v3 usb [rtl8187b chipset] how can i make kismet to work with this chipset.. when i open it says KILL SERVER.. CLOSE CONSOLE WINDOWS.. but aircrack-ng works fine... any ideas..
