Netowrk Adapter Help Please!

Hi. I have recently downloaded Backtrack 3 and installed it on VMWare Workstation 7.

I have an Acer 5335 Laptop with a built in Atheros AR5B91 Network Adapter
But when I try to use the "airmon-ng" command in the Konsole it doesn't pick up my device, here is a screenshot

if you read up a few slack commands

and look at the pages given on the airmon-ng webpages your be given a host of information that will give you new commands to use.

airmon-ng [Aircrack-ng]
