    Default login problems

    Hi!
    I have changed my backtrack password from the default one to my own created password.

    But the problem that im facing, is i havent change my login name and i entered my password correctly but i fail to login.Now im looking for an alternative so that i can be able to login normally.

    By resetting my password, plz help

    So log on as root and reset the password.

    My problem is i cant even get to log as a root i have changed the root password and now im looking for a way to solve the problem.Coz i havent even reached to the KDE im still in the initilization process.

    So boot a the BT DVD overtop of the install chroot into the environment and change the password. Or re-install it.
