    Default AWUS050NH rt2800/rt2870sta connection problem

    Hi,
    I followed the tutorial, blacklisted rt2870sta and installed rt2800usb compat wireless etc...
    I can inject without problems with my AWUS050NH version 2 with ubuntu but I can't connect to my wep network

    Config done:

    ifconfig wlan1 down
    macchanger --mac=XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX wlan1
    ifconfig wlan1 up
    iwconfig wlan1 mode managed
    iwconfig wlan1 essid "XXXXi"
    iwconfig wlan1 ap XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
    iwconfig wlan1 channel 1
    iwconfig wlan1 key XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

    ubuntu:~# dhclient wlan1

    Might be a good idea to reference your tutorial by providing a link.
    Not to mention your inability to get your hardware to work does not necessarily constitute a bug let alone a fix.
    To be successful here you should read all of the following.

    iwconfig wlan1 txpower >7dBm doesn't work, does someone know what to do for this please?
