i have a problem in airolib-ng in windows xp
whene clicking it comes a black screen and Disappears fast please help me i dont want 2 use linux because I'm seeing it difficult

So why are you asking for help in a linux forum? Try aircrack forums, they can help you better.
BTW, try running it from a command prompt window.
