How are you trying to update it, what error messages are you getting, what searches have you done, what have you done to try and resolve the problem and what results did you get?

what? no.

Just change into /pentest/exploit/framework3 and do an "svn update".

If this isn't working for the OP, then my suggestions would be to check that s/he has internet access (can you browse the web?) and whether s/he is behind a proxy, in which case, they might have to hack their $HOME/.subversion/servers to get it to work.
