can't install bt4 pre final

I can't install bt4 pre final on the hard drive and i'm only getting a black screen with grub command line, and i was trying to type "boot" and i got a message "kernel must be loaded before booting". nothing on this forum and google seems to be working, need help

enter cd,
restart your pc
when grub is loaded
press enter
when consol will face then just type

startx

and press enter again.
wait some time until face of graphical mode
when loaded the graphical mode then
right click

install.sh

on your desktop and click open
and follow the next step by step.

install and enjoy it.
