Fatal server error! Please help me =)

Hello,

Ive made an Live cd on my 8Gb usb stick. now it runs backtrack install screen and i select the "Default" option

If i try using the command "startX" then it give me the following error:

Fatal Server error
No screens found
giving up.
Xinit: connection refused (errno 111):unable to connecto to X server
Xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.

i downloaded the newest backtrack 4 final release and installed Unitbooter

Can you please help me to fix this so i can go run backtrack ?..

you are posting your request in the wrong place,
anyways

it seems that there is a misconfiguration in your X server

when you boot up with back track, instead of typing startx to use the graphical mode

try to find your graphic card by typing this command

lspci | grep "VGA"

this should return a rsult like this :

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GeForce 8800 GT (rev a2)

and it depends on your graphic card

then try to find a linux driver for your graphic card and install it, then try to configure your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file

list here the end of your "/var/log/Xorg.0.log" , to show your trouble error.
