For the last 2 days I can not reach any remote exploit forums (tried with 3 ISPs) from Greece, until now. (Connection time out).Can someone explain why this happened?

It wasn't 2 days...
For GMT +0, on 07/09/2009, at around 9:00AM the site went down. By 7:00PM it was online. Today (8/09) it went down wround 8:45AM. Now it's online again (6:45PM). It seems that it's going down at the same time each day...
