password changing

Hello,
I change the new password in bt4(usb version). All of statues are ok. But, when i reboot the backtrack 4, i've changed password is not take action, and old password is still alive working. So, how can i change. help me, please.

i changed root password at backtrack4 USB version. default BT4 User name is root and password is toor. so i want to create new administrative user account. and i want to change my file on this usb base BT4 .
