    Default uninstalling bt4 from hdd

    i have bt4 installed on my hd how do i go about uninstalling it?

    Reformat the drive, just like "uninstalling" Windows.

    ya but i will mess up my xp partition..

    Well reformat the partition that has whatever it is you do not want to keep.

    Assumed you have a dual-boot setup with GRUB as a bootloader, I'd recommend you booting the XP recovery CD, enter recovery mode and type "FIXMBR" to write a new bootsector. Now boot your XP install and reallocate the BackTrack Partition to your XP partition using XP's builtin tools (i.e. resize your XP partition)
