Your first stop should not be about aircrack but rather this thread http://www.backtrack-linux.org/forum...ad-thread.html
This will really pay off in the long run.

There is no big red "H4x0r 1t n0wz!" button.
Go practice your google'fu on:
* Linux for beginners
* Linux 101
* Introduction to linux
etc
If you're starting with Linux (as your post STRONGLY suggests) then checkout Ubuntu or something aimed at general users not a distro aimed at a specific user group that you are not part of.
I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.
I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.
