    Upgrading would be better.

but i have lots of question
All of which have already been asked, all you need to do is start searching.

    1) i can listen to cd music
    i open kde-multimedia-xmms
    i open a .mp3
    and it says

The answer is right in front of you. What happened when you configured your sound card? DO you have the output as well as the type of soundcard you may have ?

    2) slapt-get doesn not find anything
i dont know wich repositories to write
There is a lot of info on this, you need to edit your sources list first of all. Look in the bugs section of BT3 for more info.

    3)lzm2dir
when i write in the shell:
    lzm2dir realplayer-10-0-8-805.lzm /root/real
    or
    lzm2dir realplayer-10-0-8-805.lzm real
    or
    lzm2dir realplayer-10-0-8-805.lzm
    shows me this error:

Convert .lzm compressed module back into directory tree
    usage: /usr/bin/lzm2dir source_file.lzm existing_output_directory
Your answer is right there in the "usage" section.
But seriously upgrade to the latest version.

No one mentioned the kernel. Upgrade to BT4 Prefinal.
Capitalisation is important. It's the difference between "Helping your brother Jack off a horse" and "Helping your brother jack off a horse".
