I'm sure a few people here are aware on the NSA's CNSS/NSTISSI certifications. I must admit it is somewhat confusing. What is your opinion on them, and does the individual obtain a certification when a degree is earned from the certified university or does the certification simply belong to the university. Also, what is the difference between a 4011 (Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professional) and a 4014 (Information Systems Security Officer)
