hi everybody, ive installed backtrack 4 by this tutorial freak.roothack. ive restarted my pc and backtrack starts !!! i thought i can choose between windows and backtrack. what is happened. have i formated my WHOLE hardrive!!?? or can i start windows manually????

You're missing out on the 5000 foot line to get a badge though! It sounds like you did format everything. GRUB should show you Windows XP. Did you resize the partitions with gparted or just overwrite the XP partition?
