Default Re: How to Start Networking in Backtrack

I have a problem with my Alfa AWUS036H, I'm pretty new to this so I don't how to approach this problem.

I connected my Alfa USB but I can't see the connection, it perfectly works in Ubunty (plug&play) but with backtrack I just can't see it.

After long time searching for some "update driver" icon I found in system/settingsmenu/hardware USB devices icon, when i opened I realized that RTL8187_Wireless is recognized.

So how can I install driver or load the driver, I also have driver for Linux on USB but I don't know how to install it from usb.

    Thanks for help in advance
