Default Fake AP & client machine hitting a custom page?

What I want to do is to have a fake AP (I'll use Airbase) so I can connect to it on another machine but when I type in an address to my browser all I get is a custom page on my local server. I am not looking to exploit my client rig, just simply get a custom page shown.

You could always just create a chilli spot AP like a sane person.
    Still not underestimating the power...

There is no such thing as bad information - There is truth in the data, so you sift it all, even the crap stuff.
