webmitm: bind: Address already in use How do I fix this?

I'm testing using MITM against my dummy computer.

I get dsniff, arpspoof, fragrouter, and dnsspoof running but when I run webmitm it lets me create the certificate, but then if just gives me the error of

webmitm: bind: Address already in use

What am I doing wrong? I googled it like crazy but only a few pages showed up and none of them had any kind of a solution. Could it be because of anything that I already have running whether its part of the MITM attack or not (ie. firefox, or having mapped smb locations, pidgin)?

I've tried deleted the certificate and starting over. I also tried entering different infor into the certificate.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

no no no, its trying to bind to a port,, web Mmm maby port 80, try /etc/init.d/apache2 stop.

Thank you very much. Why was apache started? There is no reason for it to be on by default as far I know.

Anyway to prevent this?

there is, but youl need to look that one up tho, i havent worked that one out my self, altho try a reboot and see if apache starts up with the system, it shouldnt, a quick nmap 127.0.0.1 -p 80 will let you no.
