try just a normal tcpdump and see if you get 21 and 80 traffic ? not sure what -p is ... I use ' ettercap -T -q -M ARP // // ' also remember the autoadd switch.

Anyways here is my problem occured,
I downloaded latest BT4 and trient MITM via ettercap.
Connected to my AP (my own network, all works fine) via wireless and used cmd
"ettercap -T -q -p -M ARP // // -i wlan0"
sniffing started. Then I tried to test another wireless connected (Vista OS installed) laptop and did an FTP connection to a server then ettercap grabbed password & username. Wonderful.
But unfortunately HTTP, TELNET, POP sniffing is not working. Couldnt grab passwds and more.
Hope someone has an experience on that situation.

without "-p" I can see many texts crypted format. i think -p is acroynm for passwd
btw could nt find a good article for tcpdump, could you pls explain an example. and also coult not understand what u mean by autoadd stwitch :S

i think that, the reason is wifi card?! may be?
i am trying to sniff via wifi card. the strange thing is only HTTP passwd not seen.
