How to Install Realtek Driver RTL8187 on bt USB version

Please guys i need a help, am new to Linux world :P and i want to install RealTEK Driver RTL8187 "rtl8187_linux_26.1025.0328.2007.tar" on backtrack (USB) i tried allot but i didn't figure how to install it :/
so please if anyone can help ill be grateful..

I could be wrong but I want to say it works straight out of the box, you plug it into bt4 and it starts working, with BT3, I believe you have to grab the drivers. If you do some searching in the BT3 area (assuming your running that), you'll find your answer in no time.

I already have the driver.. but what i need is how to install it..
im a newbie to linux..
i just need to know what commands should i write to install the driver..

I found an tutorial but didnt help me enough :/
So please anyone can help !!

where did you get the driver? there is usually a how to somewhere on the page.
