Default Realtek and netgear cards with laptops, no compaitable

Newbie here. Found out a way to post in the normal section, but rather not break the rules

Anyhow, I'm having trouble. My whole house for thousands of computers; I can't find a working model that works with Backtrack3. They all work and load with acpi=off.
The IBM 600E loads no problem.
My only problem is that non of the wireless cards work. Maybe someone can help me out getting one to work. I have the liveCD, backtrack 3.
I have IBM 600E 2 pcmcia slots, no built in
Dell Inspiron 1525 1 pcmcia, 1 built in
Compaq Presario F500 no pcmcia slots, 1 built in

    I have Realtek
    and I have two Netgear WG511 v2

Is there a way I can use the built in wireless cards, or the netgear cards. Like a driver or something.
I don't know what brand the wireless cards are that are built in. someone please help me!

    Code:
    lspci
    To get the card information
