    Default Hydra false positives

I am attempting to crack my router password via Hydra and I keep getting false positives. Anyone else have this issue?
My syntax looks like this :
    hydra -l admin -P /root/Documents/mil-dic.txt -o /root/Documents/results.txt -t 8 -f -v -V 192.168.1.1 http-post-form /cgi-bin/login.exe:login=admin&pws=^PASS^:loginpserr.htm
The router is a linksys wrt54g.

You're usingt the wrong syntax to get into the login box.

Do some more searches on the forum for other ways and give em a try.
