looking for emulator for airpcap or if I can inject arp packets using a netoia wireless card..

I have cain & able wirechark & airpcap software & I even have aircrack-ng bu I cannot create a VALID .cap or ivs file using any of them.

What can I use to create a valid 802.11 .cap file so cain & able wireshark & aircrack will function so I can decode the hash tables I have received???

I am a novice/mid user of linux but right now am using windows. I do have VMWARE but not sure ho w to get them to install properly without network.

I know allot of questions but I can handle it
