BT4, confusion. Lnux N00b

Hey there. i downloaded BT4 pre final iso from the main site here, and i successfully burnt the .iso to a dvd using nero (i have some expirience with burning .iso's to dvds) anyways. so it boots up, and i get all these options. like 1- boot in 1024 x 768 , etc

anyways so if i enter ANY ONE (doesnt matter which onE) it just says that it is initiolizing drivers, etc , and then brings up this command prompt or something like that.
anyways, im a n00b in linux, so i have no idea what to type there.
i tried typing install, but it said invalid something.

i just wanna use the live Dvd.
so how do i do this? what command do i type there? did i do something wrong?

Basically it comes doen to this: If you're that new to *nix, why on earth would you want to try a distro designed for advanced specialists?

Go learn Linux first. There are a number of Live CDs you can try. When you're at least comfortable with it, then come back to BT and take a look at whether you'll ever need any on the pentest tools.
