Don't know what that John Holmes bit has to do with anything.
Any rate the reality is the the phrase does not really have a lot to do with the sound. As for the sound and your speaker wheel problem, might I suggest an ice pick through the speaker?

Do you have alsamixer? That what I used on BT4pf and I found it with some help from Google.
I think I posted that command in the other "My panties get in a bunch with the 'Finish Him' start up" thread.
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
