I have installed backtrack4 on my computer and I saw that there's no
Folder Home on desktop
My question is how to show or work folder home

Why do you need it on the desktop ? There is a "home" directory.
1) What's with the nasty big bold font yelling at us?
2) Try reading about symlinks (man ln).
