how to show or work folder home

I have installed backtrack4 on my computer and I saw that there's no
Folder Home on desktop
My question is how to show or work folder home

Backtrack runs as root by default so there if you want a home folder just make one: mkdir home

Why do you need it on the desktop ? There is a "home" directory.

1) What's with the nasty big bold font yelling at us?
2) Try reading about symlinks (man ln).

So technically roots" home directory " is / and anything you save there will show up on the desktop.

when you work on the backtrack3> go to the files belonging to the home directly Air-cracking
And not as now the files remain on my desktop
