Install BT4

Hello all,

I was wondering if its possible to install BT4 on 2 partitions, cause i only have space on my HDD for 2 partitions (10GB).

Is there a tutorial for this, or do u guys say its better to use de pendrive install.. if so is it possible to save changes i made to BT4 to that pendrive?

The amount of space one has on a hdd has no real relation to the amount of partitions one can make. So yes you can use 2 partitions or even one.

Yes there are tutorials for installing to a hdd and or usb

two different flavors of install are described in these forums-the automatic (with ubiquity) and the manual(all the partitioning and copying of the bt4 iso using a shell). In the manual flavors, one is always directed to make 2 partitions-one for bt4 and one for swap.

Does ubiquity do this? I do not see any indication that ubiquity creates a swap partition.

Is it possible to use ubiquity to install bt4 to a free partition on a hard disk with three other partitions?.

hi, i got a problem, when i beguin to make partition in windows xp sp3, there is not active the amoun of MB to write down in the blank, only appear few options, so i can,t write nothing
