festplatten umändern

Ich kann Backtrack 4 nicht installieren.
Ich habe nur dev/sda1 und dev/sda6.
Wie bekomme ich das so hin, dass ich das so habe wie man es bei der installation haben muss. Ich glaube das war sda1, 2, 3 und 4.


Ich bekomme das nicht so ganz hin:

ubiquity --desktop %k gtk_ui

Ignoriere die Fehlermeldung, d.h. klick auf "Continue anyway". Der Rest sollte selbsterklärend sein.

Hi,

poste doch mal bitte die Partitionstabelle.

fdisk /dev/sda

dann

p

drücken, weil das bei dir so aussieht als ob da noch partionen vorhanden sind. Es müsste dann sowas in der Art kommen:

   Device Boot      Start         End      Blocks   Id  System
/dev/sdb1               1          84       20801   83  Linux
/dev/sdb2              85         168       20832   83  Linux

Am besten ist wenn USBStick oder die Festplatte leer ist sonst hast Du ein Problem. Du kannst 3 primäre Partitionen anlegen, die Vierte muß dann eine Erweiterte sein. Die Partition die in der Erweiterten dann liegt bekommt automatisch Nummer 5 also vorsicht.

Warum machste das nicht mit nem grafischen Partitionierungsprogramm?
z.B gparted, das ist auf der BT4pre CD mit drauf.
