If you have more than one screen you will have to use nvidia-settings to fix it

Installed nvidia drivers on my laptop but have a problem installing it on desktop.
apt-get install nvidia-driver ends up with the following message:
number of created screens doesn't match number of detected devices ...
If you have more than one screen you will have to use nvidia-settings to fix it
