atftpd problem

.hi, i'm runing bt4pre-final and beta on vmware and on both i got similar problem with atftpd

bt4-beta story:

.after i configured it to run as a stand alone ,daemon
/etc/init.d/atftpd start
gives me
Starting Advanced TFTP server: atftpd.
but somehow it won't start
in syslog is written
atftpd: can'd bind port :69/udp
...ok, i tought it was problem with inetd
so i...
netstat -nao |grep 69
udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:69 0.0.0.0:* 0ff
.i tried to stop it ...but no success with atftpd
i try to reconfigure /etc/default/atftpd.conf and cut of USE_INETD=false line
same thing in /etc/init.d/atftpd ...
.no good

on bt4-pre:
.i got no problem with starting atftpd ,but
i just can't connect to it
ftp: connect :Unknown error number
hosts.allow - ALL : ALL
hosts.deny - clear

nothing in atftpd.log is writen accept from atftp started or something
.no firewall drop rulez
.connect via ssh to box, no problem at all

any ideas?

.user error or something .i reconfigure atftpd on pre .disconnect box and connect it again
.and it's all good, it's working
