backtrack 3 slapt-get command not found

I want to use slapt-get to install some tools, but it said command not found, what can i do?

I have fix it myself by downloading a slapt-get and install it. But now comes an other problem

Code:

bt / # slapt-get --add-keys
Retrieving GPG key 
GPGME: Invalid crypto engine
GPG key could not be imported.

and I can't do the update

Code:

Sources failed to download, correct sources and rerun --update

how to fix this? thx

Oddly enough there's a thread on this very forum on how to fix this.
