No "handshake" although everthing is done by the book!

I don't understand I do everything correctly but there is no handshake, I'm waiting and waiting but nothing appears in the up right corner.
I'm traying to hack a WPA2 protected router....

Do you know if there is a client connected?

if ur far from the network, yes u can send de-auth attacks but not very often you get a handshake,
