... (you fixed the words going off the edge)... Other then that I LOVE IT!

Hope you don't mind, but I'm going to try and revise mine to have the flashing banner, and different funny things on it... I don't know if I want fully serious, or really funny...

Here is the funny one: REMOVED

Edit: After the updates to your image spiidey. I have to say I like yours better.

Common Knowledge: Username, "root". Password, "toor". "startx" gives you a GUI, and "fix-vesa" will fix BT if you have no GUI. Start networking with "/etc/init.d/networking start" and check your IP settings with "ifconfig -a". "dhclient" will automatically use DHCP for your IP. Google is your friend.

OK, I don't have USB device.
Will it work if I boot from the DVD? (I mean, I tried but there was no wifi card recognized) How can I make it work?

Have you done the proper steps to turning on your networking? (/etc/init.d/networking start) (ifconfig, iwconfig)
Did you see if your card was compatible? (lspci + google)

It's most likely a broadcom card, so if it does work, it will only work for basic network connectivity.

I'm shocked that an Apple product would contain parts that are not superior in every way to every other product, ever. ;-)

I expect your full report on whether or not BT4 works on the iPad, and if not, why not! ;-)

I don't think I'll get one. Not a fan of Apple's software restrictions on the iPhone OS. I was thinking of getting one of the Dell Mini5's when they came out, but it looks like At&t has been drinking the Apple Kool-aid when it comes to software restrictions. The Moto Backflip doesn't allow third party software. What's the point of an open sourced operating system if you can't do what you want with it?

But it looks like Wize is getting some of the backtrack apps working on the Nokia N900.

My problem is exactly to know if my card is compatible. According to this web site : Home - Broadcom 43xx my card is probably a 4318 or 4306. But I don't know if they are compatible. Has anyone been able to make his macbook pro's card work?
