Hardware Issue

Thanks for reading on. I have just finished building this computer, problem is that when I try to turn it on it won't. I have checked the connections going from the power supply to the mother board and the power cable going from the power button to the mother.

Could you guys maybe give me some advice, if taking photographs will help let me now and I will do so.
