Default Error when installing BT4 Pre

Whenever I try to copy the files to my virtual disk using
    cp --preserve -R /{bin,dev,home,pentest,root,usr,boot,etc,lib,opt,sb in,var} /mnt/bt/

    I get the error
"cp: preserving permissions for '/mnt/bt/dev/hdc': Operation not supported"

But it seems like its still copying, so I waited it out till it finished, and when I got to editing the /etc/lilo.conf file I get an error
"bash: /etc/lilo.conf: No such file or directory"

I tried to attach a couple screenshots but it seems I can't untill I have 15+ posts...

First of all we included a installer this time.

Second of all bt4 pre final uses grub and not lilo.

If you would READ the documentation we provided for the new release you would know this.
