Default wicd-client + Forensics Mode Error

I booted into Forensics Mode, then tried to run the Wicd Network Manager, but nothing came up. I then looked at its menu option's properties and saw that it executes "wicd-client --no-tray", so I put that into a terminal. Here is its output:

    Code:
    root@bt:~# wicd-client --no-tray

Feel free to ask me to try something to debug it, though it should be easy to reproduce...

    Hey jtesta

Had the same problem here my fix was

right click on the wicd icon click on edit item. In the work path type in /var/run/wicd and uncheck run in terminal and that should do it

Alright I have the same problem as j. I tried both suggestions and none work. Denbow, how did you get that to work? That destination doesn't exist on my new install. Any help?
